507.663.1745 FTP Access For access to our FTP site please contact TRI-C Design for the user name and password. To use our Modem Dial in to our modem at 1-507-663-1186. When you are connected the screen will read "Welcome to TRI-C Design, Inc." and ask for your full name. Enter your name. The screen will ask if your name is correct Y/N? Y= yes N = no. You may re-enter your name if it was incorrect. Then you will be asked for a password. Enter your choice of password. Remember the password for later logons. The modem software will always match your name to your password. A menu of actions will be displayed for you to choose from. If you are getting a file from us, it is a download, or 'd' at the prompt. If you are giving us a file, it is an upload, or 'u' at the prompt. You will then be asked to choose a transfer protocol. We have had the best results from the z modem protocol, although any of the choices will work on our system. Compressed or "zipped" files are best and will save lots of transfer time. Begin your transfer. When the transfer is complete, the menu will return, giving you the option of transferring more files or saying goodbye, 'g' at the prompt.
